Senior Disability Consultant

Brendan is a Senior Disability Consultant at Business Disability Forum (BDF), he has 10 years experience supporting organisations on all aspects of improving disability confidence including: 

  • Providing high-level consultancy support to business and government leading reviews and improvement processes for organisations including Office for National Statistics, Telefónica UK, TD Bank Financial Group and the Nursing and Midwifery Council
  • Working with business and government in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to improve business disability confidence
  • Disability Advisor to Mayor of London’s 2012 Olympic and Paralympics volunteer programme    
  • Advisory board member on Kate Nash OBE's Secrets & Big News research project
  • Helped the British Consular Network in Spain to measure and improve its disability confidence as both an employer and service provider.                        

Brendan works closely with BDF Partners in the financial and retail sectors and advises on a variety of subjects ranging from making reasonable adjustments to guidance on policies.  He has a background in education and has delivered training on a range of topics from a disability perspective.
